Pulse audit delivery and refund policy

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the one-off Store Health (Pulse) website audit purchased from Vortex IQ Ltd for business use. It applies to business customers in the United Kingdom, United States and other markets where the audit is offered.

Paid crew subscriptions, ongoing software access and separately agreed project work have their own commercial terms.

Price and subscription status

The Pulse audit costs $1 USD as a one-off payment, including applicable tax.

Buying an audit does not start a subscription or authorise an automatic upgrade. Any later subscription requires your separate agreement to its scope, price and billing terms.

Saving a payment method does not itself enrol you in a paid plan.

Our two-working-day delivery promise

We will deliver your audit report within two working days after we receive:

• Your successful payment.
• A valid website URL and delivery email address.
• Access to the public website pages needed for the audit.

A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales. We use the Europe/London time zone.

The day we receive all required information is day zero. Delivery is due by 5pm London time on the second working day after that day. For example, an order completed on Monday is due by 5pm Wednesday, provided neither day is a public holiday.

If we receive the order on a weekend or public holiday, day zero is the next working day.

If we miss the deadline

If we do not deliver your audit report by the deadline, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, including any tax collected for the audit.

Email hey@vortexiq.ai with your payment receipt or order reference and the website URL. You do not need to purchase another product or accept account credit.

A report delivered after the deadline does not remove your entitlement to this refund unless you expressly agreed to a revised delivery date beforehand.

Missing details or an inaccessible website

If the URL is incorrect, the website is unavailable or access is blocked, we will contact you to explain what we need.

The delivery period starts when we receive the corrected details and can access the pages required for the audit. We will confirm any revised deadline rather than extend it without telling you.

If we cannot audit your website, we will offer a full refund.

Other refund requests

We will also provide a full refund for a duplicate payment for the same order.

If you cancel before audit work begins, we will provide a full refund. Once work has begun, change-of-mind refunds are not normally available, except where this policy or applicable law provides otherwise.

If the report relates to the wrong website, cannot be opened or materially omits the audit scope described at purchase, contact us. We will investigate and offer a corrected report or a full refund. You do not have to accept a correction instead of a refund where the two-working-day delivery promise has already been missed.

Finding few or no issues does not, by itself, make an audit eligible for a refund. The audit is an assessment, not a promise that a particular issue or commercial opportunity will be found.

How refunds are paid

We issue refunds through Stripe to the original payment method. We do not deduct an administration or payment-processing fee.

We aim to initiate an approved refund within five working days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank and payment provider.

What the audit includes

Pulse reviews the public website pages described in the offer and provides findings and recommended next steps.

The purchase does not include implementation, ongoing monitoring, access to private business systems or a security penetration test. It does not guarantee increased revenue, search rankings or visibility in AI answers.

Your legal rights

This policy does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where mandatory law provides greater protection, that protection applies.
