Find the store issues your team should tackle next.
Pulse scans your storefront, catalogue and settings, writes each issue up with why it matters and the exact change, and hands it on for your team to review.
Your team and agency bring the expertise. Vortex IQ helps move the work forward.
The problem, what Vortex IQ does, what your team receives.
Something on the store is wrong and nobody has spotted it yet.
What Vortex IQ doesRuns a store health scan and writes each issue as a ticket: what is wrong, before and after, the revenue at stake and the exact change.
What your team getsA ranked list of findings your team can act on without re-investigating.
Alerts pile up and the team cannot tell which ones matter.
What Vortex IQ doesGroups related signals into one finding, attaches the evidence and has a verifier try to disprove it before it reaches you.
What your team getsFewer, better findings. Uncertain ones are held back rather than passed on.
A finding needs a decision before anyone touches the store.
What Vortex IQ doesLets you open the finding, ask the Health Lead why, edit the ticket and then send it to Store Development.
What your team getsA ticket your specialist has shaped, sent with your approval.
One example, start to finish.
Your store's crawler settings restrict access to parts of the site you want search and AI services to discover.
Identify the relevant restrictions, explain what they affect and prepare a proposed change for review.
A clear finding showing the current settings, the recommended change and the next step for Store Development.
Your ecommerce lead and SEO agency decide which services should have access and which restrictions should remain.
Give your specialists a specific issue to resolve, with the context they need to make the right decision.
The product reference records a finding that the store's robots.txt blocked AI crawlers.
Review the crawler restrictions and prepare the relevant robots.txt change.
The reference records the change being applied through Store Development and the crawlers unblocked. No change in rankings, AI citations or sales is recorded.
A store team can bring a specific access issue to its agency, agree which crawlers should have access and review the change.
Change applied

Your people set the priorities and review the work.
Your team and agency set the priorities, bring the expertise and review the work. Vortex IQ helps with supported checks, preparation and execution, giving your specialists more capacity to improve the store.
Your ecommerce lead decides what deserves attention. Your SEO or development agency reviews the proposed change before it goes anywhere.
What you can review
- The finding as Pulse wrote it: what is wrong, why it matters, before and after, and the exact change.
- The evidence it was built from and whether the verifier confirmed or downgraded it.
- The ticket you edited before sending it on.
What happens next
- You send the finding to Store Development, or close it.
- Store Development classifies it and prepares the change for approval.
- The Health Lead checks the result before the ticket is marked done.
Where your team stays involved
- Choosing which findings to send.
- Editing scope before it goes to Development.
- Approving the change. Pulse never applies anything itself.
How approval works. Production changes follow human approval by default. A crew prepares the work; a named person on your side approves it; the outcome is recorded with an undo point where the workflow supports one. Findings a crew cannot resolve are handed over as guided steps, never silently dropped.
Platforms and scope
Shopify, BigCommerce and Adobe Commerce stores. Scan coverage depends on the connectors and permissions available to the workflow, confirmed during setup.
What this crew does not do
- Pulse finds and explains. It does not apply changes.
- Findings that cannot be verified are held for review rather than sent on.
- Revenue impact is an estimate attached to the finding, not a measured result.
