Is it really free?
Yes. The Store Health Check costs nothing and needs no card. You give us a URL and an email, and we email you a verified findings report. If you later want the AI Operating System for e-commerce to monitor and fix your store, that's a separate 14-day free trial you choose to start, not something this check signs you up for.
Is my data safe?
We only read the public pages of the URL you submit, the same ones a shopper can already see, and we never touch anything behind a login. We store your URL, work email, platform and the findings so we can build and send the report. We won't sell your data or share it. Email privacy@vortexiq.ai any time to have it deleted. Vortex IQ is ISO 27001 certified, with SOC 2 in progress.
How long does it take?
The form takes about 30 seconds. We then read and verify your key pages and email the report to the address you gave us. We send it as soon as the check is done, not weeks later.
