NOTE: We are currently making some changes to the app for updating “unified billing” which will allow users to not having to add their payment details as billing will be done by BigCommerce.     • you can track all of your tickets here as well as search for knowledge base articles
    • Email (creates a ticket): [email protected]
    • Using the Support Ticket portal helps with faster team assignment for investigation and resolution
  • While logging a support ticket, please provide detailed information including:
    • Source Store hash
    • ID’s such as Migration ID, Chart ID etc.
    • Full error messages and screenshots clearly describing the issue requiring assistance
  • IMPORTANT: For support troubleshooting, the StagingPro tech team generally limit access to sandbox stores, but will let you know if we require additional access. Please ensure that:
    • You do not store important, business critical or development essential data on a sandbox store as this is for test migrations only! Keep your configuration settings safe elsewhere.
    • ID’s suchIf there is any information we need to be aware before granting access to our tech team for troubleshooting e.g., as Migration ID, Chart ID etc.
